Shipping and COVID-19 FAQ

Here at PHOTO INNOVATION LAB we are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep our customers happy and our team members safe. In these uncertain times please read below for some commonly asked shipping questions. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient and allow additional time for processing and shipping. Processing during normal times typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping happens immediately your prints have dried and are lovingly packaged.

Because of the pandemic shipping transit lead-times are not accurate and we’ve seen priority mail packages being delivered close to 30 days after being shipped.

 

Q: What's my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided once it ships out. Please double check your spam folder if you did not receive. Feel free to contact us if you still can’t find it. USPS provides status updates via SMS texting. We encourage you to subscribe to them if you want regular and up-to-date status on your package. 

 

Q: My package says it's in Pre-Shipment and USPS is awaiting the item for days now.

A: Due to the massive increase in online shopping and limited staff the USPS has been very busy. Occasionally orders do not get scanned in. If this is the case please let us know and we’ll try to research the shipment for you, but understand if no information is returned. Please know that we are all doing the best we can. Patience in this time is very much appreciated.
