Juan Carlos Hernandez is the creative force behind Print Innovation Lab — a fine art printing studio where craftsmanship and climate consciousness go hand in hand. Born in Bogotá, Colombia and based in Oak Park, IL, Juan Carlos brings over two decades of experience in photography, art reproduction, and color-managed printing to every project he touches. His journey from artist to entrepreneur was fueled by a simple but powerful belief: art should do more than decorate — it should inspire, connect, and protect.
With a deep respect for process and an unwavering commitment to the planet, Juan Carlos founded Print Innovation Lab as a space where artists, photographers, and makers could bring their work to life without compromising their values. Every print produced in the studio reflects his dedication to precision, sustainability, and storytelling — using museum-quality materials, ethical practices, and a zero-waste mindset.
