📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Print Innovation Lab, we value the time and preparation that goes into every consultation. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.

For cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full consultation fee will be retained, and your $100 print credit will still be honored for future use.

Non-Refundable Booking

All bookings are non-refundable. This policy helps us preserve time and resources dedicated to personalized planning, review of your files, and preparation for your session.

If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and your session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

🌱 Note on Your $100 Print Credit:

Your consultation includes a $100 gift card toward your print project. This credit remains valid for 90 days from the date of your consultation and may be applied to any qualifying order with Print Innovation Lab.
